At Aurvian Ltd, we offer luxury gold jewellery crafted to the highest standards. Due to the nature of gold, returns are only accepted under specific conditions, as any handling, exposure, or wear can impact its value.
All jewellery is thoroughly photographed and inspected before delivery to ensure quality and authenticity.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Specific Conditions Apply)
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, but returns will only be accepted if all conditions below are fully met:
Unopened & Untouched Condition
•The item must be completely unworn, unused, and remain sealed in its original packaging.
• The security tag and all authenticity documents must be intact and untampered.
•Any visible marks, fingerprints, or signs of handling will void eligibility for return.
• that has been removed from its protective packaging or returned without its original box will be rejected and sent back to the sender.
Damaged Packaging & Pre-Opening Inspection
• If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, customers must photograph it before opening to document any possible shipping issues.
• If the item appears damaged while still sealed in its box, the seal should not be removed. Instead, the customer must contact us with photographs and return the item as received.
•If all requirements are met, a full refund or exchange will be provided.
2. Inspection & Approval Process
•Every return undergoes a thorough inspection by our specialists.
• If any trace of wear, cleaning, polishing, or handling is detected, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
• Approval for a return is at our sole discretion, based on the items condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded and by purchasing you accept these terms:
•Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces
•Any item that has been handled, resized, or altered in any way
• Items purchased as scrap, second-hand, or during promotional sales
4. Return Process (If Approved)

•We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Any lost return shipments will void the refund process.
•Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 days after our specialists inspect the item.
•Original shipping fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
House of Bulstrode takes fraudulent chargebacks and disputes seriously. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with full transaction records, delivery confirmation, and legal action if necessary.
